Additional Information
It would be helpful if you could answer the following questions which in the case of retreats will be passed on to your retreat guide. We also retain this data in order to understand our demographics.

Dietary Information
We can meet some of the catering needs of guests with certain allergies and specific diets – these are listed below. Given the scale of our catering and the limited budget within which we operate, it is no longer possible for us to offer substitute dishes for those with other allergies, though we can of course inform you about allergens in our dishes. We ensure that there is sufficient fruit, bread, salad, and vegetables for people who may prefer not to eat a particular dish. All dietary needs should be raised when booking. It is not possible for us to meet specific dietary needs that are only made known to us on arrival. Please tick below as appropriate:
Accommodation Preferences
Accommodation is in comfortable, single occupancy rooms. Towels, soap and bedding are all provided. There is a lift from the ground floor up to Chapel Gallery in the Main House. In addition we have a number of cottages within a few minutes’ walk from the Main House. We advise Main House accommodation if you find a short climb or stairs difficult. Please note that we may not be able to give you your preference, depending on the rooms available for each event. (See website for details of suggested offerings)
Time of Arrival and Departure
Arrival time is between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on the first date, departure is after breakfast on the last date, weekend retreats finish on Sunday about 3pm. Our website has details of how to get to St Beuno’s and of taxis from Rhyl station. See: https://www.beunos.com/find-us

What are you hoping for?
It would help us if you could say very briefly what you are hoping for from your visit and if there is anything we need to keep in mind when allocating you a guide if you are registering for an individually guided retreat. (This will be treated in confidence).
